  • January 31, Atlanta, Georgia - King Khan and the Shrines play the Basement in East Atlanta.
  • Off the Edge is a new annual dance festival curated by gloATL's Lauri Stallings and it took place this weekend. International artists performed on Friday and Saturday evening in the Rialto Center for the Arts. Preceding these performances came EDGE/Public, where several Atlanta performance artists and dance collectives performed a flowing, park-spanning hour and a half of dance. Collectives Staibdance, LIFT, Out of Hand Theatre, Haverty Object Group, and others performed during the free show. On Sunday evening, Israel's "mother of modern dance" Rina Schenfeld gave a free performance at the Goat Farm.
